There are service providers that I do not envy and I would not want to be in their shoes. There are too big to fill, and if you are not very skilled then you are going to loose a lot of clients and might even get sued by people who are not satisfied with the services that you are providing. For example if you are a doctor, then you should be assured that your patients will be expecting something close to a miracle in order to make them okay. Of course you do not have the power to make them okay but you have the skill to improve their condition and what can put you in a better place is if you read a lot of medical journals so that you can get a lot of know how in how to handle things. The same applies to local it support gateshead, just because you have the skill of fixing things does not mean that you will do a perfect job all the time. There are instances where you will have to keep track of the technology so that you can be able to fix the problems of the current technology.
