What agents look for in actors before they agree to represent them

Acting is not something that should be taken lightly. Take it from an agent who is keen on signing people who think that acting is an easy thing. I have invested a lot in my career and the one thing I ask from my actors and actresses is that they be as determined as I am. It is only fair to demand so. I even had to hire a seo company so that they can create an account for me so that my services can be advertised thoroughly. They told me that as long I had seo as my marketing option then I was going to get guaranteed seo services, that will make many more aspiring actors to want me to represent them. In the site I indicated how I wanted people who are dedicated in their work. I wanted people who would make many appearances so that they can get a lot publicity. I did not want slackers to represent because that would be a waste of valuable time and resources something that I did not have to waste.
