What it feels like to work in a Consumer Advise centre.

I really love my job because of the satisfaction I see in my consumer's eyes whenever I talk to them. The hope that Consumer Advice Used Cars gives to consumers especially when consumers purchase a used car and it develops faults later is great, and once it works on consumers then I feel great about everything I have done. Apparently, not many buyers understand what their rights are at purchase especially the second hand cars. That is why you will see most of their rights being violated upon by mean dealers, which is against the consumer rights protection law of our country. At Consumer Advise, we tell a consumer what their rights are before and after purchase. All we need is a written agreement between him and the seller in order for the consumer to understand what to do in case of a faulty item after purchase. When a consumer is fully satisfied with the purchase, then we can sit down and rejoice, but this can only mean that the seller respected all the rights of a consumer.
