Not many people are brave enough to join the military in order to serve their country. People who are in the military are the most under-appreciated people and it is because people think that being in the military is life threatening. When you get deployed, you say your goodbyes because you do not know if you will return home and if you do return home, you could return home in good form or wounded. The good news is that dhss benefits social security also offers benefits for soldiers who were wounded during active duty. Whilst serving your country you get wounded and instead of getting better you become handicapped or disabled, when you come back home you can file for benefits and get them. As long as you are not in a position to do any work because of your disability, you are entitled to benefits.
